Shopify Website Development .
Shopify Partner. Stores built to convert, and migrations from WooCommerce or Magento that keep your search rankings intact.
What Partner status gets you.
Partner status is not a badge we hang in the footer. It changes what we can do on your build.
Development stores
We build and test your store on a full Shopify environment before you pay for a plan, so nothing goes live untested.
Direct support escalation
Partner support routes past the general queue. When something breaks mid-launch we are not waiting in line with everyone else.
Early access to platform changes
We see checkout and API changes ahead of general release, so your store is ready for them rather than caught out by them.
What's included
What a Shopify build includes.
A complete Shopify build. Theme, design, integrations, and a launch ready for real traffic.
Shopify Build & Theme
A custom Shopify theme built around your catalogue, not a marketplace template reskinned. WooCommerce and custom Astro/Next.js builds where the brief genuinely calls for them.
Conversion-Focused Design
Product and collection templates designed around buyer psychology rather than theme defaults. Trust signals, clear stock and delivery messaging, and a cart-to-checkout path with nothing in the way.
Payment & Checkout
Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Configured and tested across devices before launch.
Inventory & Order Management
Variants, options and stock set up properly in the Shopify admin, with fulfilment integrations (Royal Mail, DPD, ShipStation) wired to how you actually pick and ship.
SEO & Performance
A Liquid theme built to pass Core Web Vitals, with product schema, canonical URLs and collection pages that stay crawlable as the catalogue grows. Because slow stores lose sales.
Analytics & Reporting
Shopify Analytics alongside GA4 eCommerce tracking, Meta Pixel, conversion events and abandoned cart flows. So you know your numbers from week one.
Why clients come to us
Where Shopify stores lose sales.
The problem
Your add-to-cart rate is fine but Shopify checkout abandonment is killing revenue
Our solution
We audit the full Shopify checkout, find the drop-off points, and fix them. Shipping surprises, forced accounts, slow payment steps and missing wallet options are the usual culprits.
The problem
Your Shopify theme isn't converting and you don't know what to change
Our solution
We analyse heatmaps and session recordings to find what's stopping buyers, then A/B test targeted changes rather than a full rebuild.
The problem
You outgrew WooCommerce or Magento and need to move to Shopify without losing rankings
Our solution
We plan the migration around your SEO: 301 redirects, canonical URLs, sitemap updates. So ranking pages don't disappear when you move.
The problem
Your product pages are still the theme default and answer none of the real questions
Our solution
We rebuild the product template around the objections that actually stop people buying. Sizing, delivery times, returns and stock, answered on the page instead of in your inbox.
How we work
How a Shopify migration runs.
Four stages. Each one has a clear output before the next starts.
- 01 Discovery
Understand your catalogue
We learn your products, your customers and your fulfilment before we design anything.
- 02 Design
Design the buying journey
Collection browsing, product pages and the route to checkout, agreed before build begins.
- 03 Build
Build the Shopify store
Theme, payments, inventory and performance handled properly. Every release tested before it ships.
- 04 Run
Keep it selling
Monitoring, support and iterations after launch. We don't disappear at go-live.
Common questions
Shopify questions we get asked.
Why do you build on Shopify by default?
It is faster to launch, cheaper to run and far easier for your own team to maintain once we hand it over. As a Shopify Partner we know where its limits are, so we are not learning them on your budget. For most retailers it is the right call.
Can you migrate our existing store to Shopify?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We migrate products, customer accounts, order history and URLs from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or a custom build. With 301 redirects preserving your SEO rankings throughout.
How long does a Shopify site take to build?
A focused Shopify build with a custom theme takes 6–10 weeks. A migration from another platform, or a build with complex integrations, typically runs 12–16 weeks.
Do you help with conversion rate optimisation after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing CRO retainers. Heatmaps, A/B tests, checkout audits. So your store improves month on month after launch.
You're a Shopify Partner. Will you always tell us to use Shopify?
No. Being a Shopify Partner costs you nothing and does not pay us a commission on your plan, so there is no incentive to push you somewhere that does not fit. If your catalogue, pricing rules or integrations need more than Shopify can give you, we will tell you before you sign anything and build on WooCommerce or a custom stack instead.
