Which product engineering service do we actually need?
If you are building something new, that is SaaS development or MVP work. If you have an idea that needs AI in it, that is AI application development. If you need it on a phone, that is mobile. If what you have works but is slowing you down, that is a product revamp. Tell us the problem and we will point you at the right one, including telling you if it is not us.
Do you replace our engineering team or work alongside it?
Either. We take full ownership of a build end to end, or we embed with your existing team on a defined slice of the roadmap. What we will not do is share responsibility for the same component with another agency, because that is where finger-pointing starts.
How do you keep delivery predictable?
Weekly milestones and honest status reports. Discovery runs in week one and the first commit lands in week two, so you see working software early rather than a long silent build. If something slips you hear it that week, not two weeks before launch.
Where is your team based?
We are registered in England and Wales and work across the UK and Sri Lanka. The overlap hours mean real-time collaboration with UK clients rather than an overnight handoff.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from day one. All intellectual property is yours and we commit to your repository throughout, so there is never a handover moment where the code is held hostage.
